easiest way i know to lose fat is to…
get plenty of sleep
drink lots of water
no junk food
run, swim, or calisthenics ….basically, excercise
keep a food log to see how many calories u need to maintain ur weight and dont eat more than that amount
if lifting, use a lighter weigt that allows u to do bout 20 reps per set, this builds leaner, slow-twitch muscle fibers
umm….eat like 6 small meals a day, this helps speed up ur metabolism
dont eat a large meal right b4 goin to bed
idk how accurate this is but i read somewhere that sleeping on ur stomach helps digest food faster so i guess that helps with weight loss?
dont eat a lot at any one meal
