Does it take longer to detox chemicals from your body if you’re losing weight at the same time?

I’ve heard that toxins store themselves in fat cells so when you lose weight they end up going back into the blood stream. Would this make a normal 8 week detox take longer than that to complete if i was losing 3 stone in fat at the same time?
