Skip out on RED meat!!! But pork and chicken are great lean low fat meats that are diet approved!! Green tea and broth based soups also hold out hunger. Remember low fat skim milk. Regular milk is like throwing that diet out the window. Take a pill of flax seed or psyllium husk each day or as directed. It will clean out you colon and increase your metabolism. A good diet and weight loss depends on a healthy colon. And water is a must!! Drinking distilled water, although it is gross, once a week will clean out those clogged arteries and cleanse you from the inside out in ways that regular tap cannot.
