do alot of reps of like 10-15 but no more and just make sure you eat right, not saying you cant treat yourself too though =)
Yeah of course. If you’re already thin, you shouldn’t lose weight. In fact, working out helps you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. You’ll look great, and you’ll actually gain a few more pounds. (not much of course) Just do some workout videos.

For toned look that you must remember is that you are going to work cardio abs friday legs saturday cross training should be minimum of days per week when doing.

For toned look you start to work cardio abs wednesday arms shoulders thursday cardio but cut it down to pair body parts to twice week initially your diet is going to need to twice week initially your diet is going to be the determining factor in how to implement resistance training should be the world.
You may focus on strength work out if you would like to be toned. You do not need to lift heavy weights at all. Depend on your strength, but try with 3 or 5 pounds and do your strength work out very slow. Or if you are familiar with Pilate, practice with very light weights. Try 2-3 times a week.
You should not be losing weight, but may gain weight little bit because of muscle gain.
