		<description>You may focus on strength work out if you would like to be toned.  You do not need to lift heavy weights at all.  Depend on your strength, but try with 3 or 5 pounds and do your strength work out very slow.  Or if you are familiar with Pilate, practice with very light weights.  Try 2-3 times a week.  

You should not be losing weight, but may gain weight little bit because of muscle gain.

		<description>Yeah of course. If you're already thin, you shouldn't lose weight. In fact, working out helps you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. You'll look great, and you'll actually gain a few more pounds. (not much of course) Just do some workout videos.
