    workout without dieting

    When you workout you get more muscle and when you get more muscle you get more weight

    EXTRA CALORIES THAN NORMAL NOT GOOD IDEA, ONLY SLOWS DOWN THE ENTIRE PROCESS !!!!!!

    For your activity level age weight and im assuming you should lift weights as for your calorie intake by 300 500 calories or so this increase can be adjusted.
