i_dont_know asked:
For about two weeks now I’ve been walking/jogging for 30-40 minutes, but I don’t really feel like I’m losing any weight. For various reasons, I don’t own a scale and I won’t see one until next month. How should I know if I’m doing things right or if I should change a little more of my lifestyle?
