I have been working on losing weight but feel more hungry?

Losing Weight
geaniebean asked:

I have been working out more to lose weight and watching what I have been eating. I have found that I have been wanting to eat more often, every few hours or so. Is this something that is normal when it comes to exercise and losing weight. I haven’t changed my calorie intake by much. If I have its been with more healthy foods.

You’re working more so your body needs more food to supply you with energy. If you’re eating snacks with healthy fats and sugars you’ll be fine. I tend to be hungrier when it’s soccer season too.
