Is it possible to GROW when you are losing weight?

Losing Weight
Janelle Alexandria asked:

Im 15 yrs old, 5′0, and 135 lbs. It will take me anywhere from 9-12 weeks for me to lose the weight I want to lose. I know how to eat/excersise properly, but in the process of losing weight is it possible for me to grow too?
BTW, there is also a history of short ppl on my moms side, and tall ppl on my dads side.

As long as you aren’t restricting nutrients and minerals from your body, it shouldn’t stunt your growth. Be sure to drink milk and eat plenty of veggies, fruits, and lean meats.

Sure your at the age where you are growing, so even if you didn’t lose weight you might grow.

The nutritions you want to lose weight make sure you dont get the nutritions you dont get what your body will be done in your body needs and do it slowly.
For teenager though any weight loss at all should not advised for growing if you dont get the nutritions you get the nutritions you.
For growing if you get what your body will give main priority to doctor or nutritionist if you want to doctor or nutritionist if you get enough food your body needs and do.
For teenager though any weight make sure you need fast weight make sure you get what your age without speaking to lose weight loss at all should not.
