how much do you want to loose?! 5″4 and 100ish pounds is a healthy weight. you can look amazing without having to try to loose alll this weight. just pick a great outfit and have a great attitude. trying to loose weight will just stress you out. and that cabbage soup diet is a little overboard and not to mention it tastes horrible.
