What are some of the symptoms (changes in your behavior, body, etc) that you go through when losing weight?

I drink more than the water I’m supposed to every day, exercise three days a week, try to eat healthy, etc., and I’ve maintained this for a month now and have lost 20 pounds so far. I still have more to lose. Of course, losing weight is like an addiction that you are trying to get out from under. The body changes and if you don’t know what all those changes are then it can get scary. So, the point of this question is to get people’s feedback on what changes they went through.
