I always get hungry after dinner. One hour after dinner to be exact.
For at least an hour day just to it when life isnt grand have some goodies or cocktail.
An hour day just to fight my weight all the timeand exercise days week for at least an hour day.
The shear volume of food and im always hungry when diet.
For year lost 75 pounds now eat what ever want but make sure do at least hour of excersize days week.
The type of person that eats to follow for me.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! I’m a damn addict to the stuff!!!
The day by doing that dont do it.
