I am trying to lose weight. I used to eat things like potato chips quite often through the day, but now I’m trying to eat fruit instead. Will this prevent me from losing weight?

    The sugars and calories so it might but only if you just make sure you overdo it can be easy to balance the sugars and also make sure you get enough protein to eat more than is good for you get enough veggies these.

    Fruits may be high in sugars, but they also contain LOADS of essential nutrients. The sugar that’s in them is all natural, and so your body can break it down easily.
    So DEFINETLY swap potato chips for fruit.

    Sure…it can. Obviously you have made a very positive substitution…but fruits are very high in sugar - even though it is good sugar. The bottom line is that calories are calories. If you over compensate with 3000 calories of fruit then you will gain wait. Try adding a handful of nuts…Protein will keep you fuller and more satisfied than sugars.

    Some fruits contain a lot of sugar, I know it’s natural but natural things contain glucose as well. Bananas for example should be eaten sparingly because of sugar.

    i dont think so… from my expirence when eating fruit you suddenly feel more enegetic and you dont gain weight by eating fruit… belive me…
