I’ve been physically active, biking, walking, shooting hoops, and losing weight slowly, about a lb or 2 maybe per week. Have lost some waist inches and bra is looser (since last year) but I was wondering how many bra sizes will I go down if at all. According to BMI charts I should be 110 lbs (seems like a low weight) at 5 feet 1 inches tall, as I’am 176 lbs right now down from 188 lbs during the winter months.
I’m in my earlier 40’s and was 100 lbs at 11 years old and was already wearing a B or C cup. I’ve been back and forth between 42 and 44 D even a 46 D.
I’m afraid to end up looking like Dolly Parton. I’ve always thought ****** size doesn’t go down with weight lost. Although I’ve lost in that area it’s not much. I’ve just ended up going from 38 D early adulthood to 46 D being the largest and 38 D the smallest size. I don’t even know what I’d look like at 125 or 130 lbs.
